Summary: The Server will provide exceptional member service in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable fashion to ensure a pleasurable and rewarding dining experience while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Primary Responsibilities: • Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club. • Promotes an attitude of teamwork to include assisting other team member both on the floor and with side work. • Serves as both an opener or closer on respective shifts. • Completes daily side work upon entering and leaving shift. • Learns and becomes proficient with Jonas POS system. • Follows and adheres to the AAC standard of table side service. • Fulfills both opening and closing side work on each shift. • Assists and is cross trained in other departments/club functions to help the club as needed (this includes Special Events) • Learns and maintains knowledge of all menu items and beverage offerings. • Ensure all members requests are anticipated and fulfilled. • Assists in other departments/club functions to help the club as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. • High energy, a fun loving personality. • Strong organization, communication, and problem solving skills. • Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with members, employees and vendors.
