Summary: The Aquatics Server will provide exceptional member service in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable fashion to ensure a pleasurable and rewarding dining experience while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. The Aquatics Server may be assigned to Aquatics Café, the Pool Pavilion and/or Pool Server and will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering food and beverage orders or assisting other servers. Primary Responsibilities: • Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club. • Promotes an attitude of teamwork to include assisting other team members in all areas of the Aquatics operation. • Serves as both an opener or closer on respective shifts and fulfills the appropriate opening or closing prep and set-up work or side work. • Learns standard food & beverage offerings, daily specials and efficiently enters orders into the POS system. • Provides best in class service to members and member guests. • Follows and adheres to the AAC standard of table and pool service which includes but not limited to: placing product and utensils properly, refilling beverages, removing un needed items, dirty dishes, glasses, restocking condiments, supplies, etc. • Learns and maintains knowledge of all menu items and beverage offerings. • Ensure all members requests are anticipated and fulfilled. • Assists in maintaining a clean environment which will include, picking up trash, wiping down tables, chairs, booster seats, counter tops, etc. • Assists in other departments/club functions to help the club as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. • High energy, a fun loving personality. • Strong organization, communication, and problem solving skills. • Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with members, employees and vendors.

Summary: The Front Desk position is responsible for providing a welcoming and customer service oriented environment to ensure member and guest satisfaction along with cleaning duties throughout the Aquatics Center. Primary Responsibilities: • Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club • Provide members with exceptional customer service • Use a POS system to charge program fee, guest fees and merchandise sales to members account • Answer and route all incoming calls and take messages as needed • Answer questions related to the Aquatics Center and Club Events • Greet members and guests and assist with check in • Tend to the laundry: washing, drying and folding towels • Maintain cleanliness of check-in desk area • Maintain and log lost and found items • Notify Aquatics Manager of any incidences involving violation of club rules and member issues. • Assist lifeguards with pacing members using the waterslide Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Must have good verbal and written communication skills. • Must possess excellent customer service • Must be able to stand for at least 4 hours and work outside periodically • Be flexible and have a pleasant personality • Must be able to communicate information as needed to external departments and coworkers

Summary: The Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining a safe and fun environment at the Aquatics Center. Primary Responsibilities: • Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club. • Meet and greet Members in a warm and friendly manner. • Guarding a variety of pools: Main Pool, Slide Pool and Splash Pad. • Promote services that the Aquatics Center offers. • Enforce Safety and Facility protocol for Members and Guests. • Maintain cleanliness throughout the Aquatic Center including Restrooms and Pool Deck. • Maintain pool cleanliness by using chemicals to test the pool water. Summary: The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking quality food in the restaurant following AAC Guidelines. Primary Responsibilities: • Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club • Meet with the Sous Chef to review assignments, anticipate business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance • Check production schedule and par to establish priority items for the day • Prepare menu items following recipes and yield guides according to departmental standards and needs for the day • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely • Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and club requirements • Inspect the cleanliness and working conditions of all tools, equipment and supplies • Sets-up, maintains and breaks down station. • Notifies Sous in advance of all expected shortages. • Ensures that work station and equipment are clean and sanitary. • Adheres to state and local health and food safety regulations. • Makes recommendations for maintenance, repair of equipment Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach. • Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.

Summary: The Turf Technician is responsible for implementing, improving, and maintaining the golf course. Primary Responsibilities: • Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club • Golf course setup • Mowing greens, fairways, tees, collars, approaches, intermediate rough, primary rough and maintain golf course bunkers • Hand raking of bunkers • Picking up debris such as pine cones and tree branches • Spreading pine straw bales by hand • Heavy equipment operation. • Responsible for the planting of annual/perennial beds on the facility • Responsible for the planted beds on and around clubhouse, along road frontage, Athletic Center and Tennis Center • Planting and maintaining grounds in regards to all greenery • Checking each piece of equipment before operating and reporting all problems to superintendent and mechanic. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Must be able to accept training in the care and maintenance of plant material on both golf courses, follow directions, operate small motorized equipment safely. • Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. properly on a daily basis and maintain consistent quality work • Frequent exposure to a variety of weather conditions • Must have knowledge of proper safety procedures and equipment, such as: respirator, gloves, earplugs, eye guards/visors, & boots
