Service Standards
BARTENDER: • Greet Members/guests as soon as they sit at bar • Take Member's/guests beverage order and mark seat with a beverage napkin/coaster. • Repeat the order back to Member/guest and ask for Member number. • Prepare their drinks and ask Members/guests if they would like to dine at the bar » If Members/guests wish to dine at the bar, place a napkin/place mat, a roll up, salt & pepper shakers in front of them and offer a menu Inform the Members/guests about the daily specials and answer any questions they may have • When Members/guests are ready, take their order. Repeat orders back after each Member/guest orders Place order into Jonas immediately Mark as necessary Assist withdelivering food items. Ensure your Members/guests have all items they may need and all requests are fulfilled • Perform first table check Perform second table check » If Breakfast or Lunch time, after offering coffee or lunch desserts: “Here’s your check for your convenience. Should you need anything else, please let me know.” After Members/guests are finished, clear bar area Present dessert menu, offer coffee service and after dinner beverages. »If Members/guests refuse, deliver check. » If Members/guests order coffee, dessert and/or after dinner beverages, repeat order back to each guest. Deliver coffee and mark in preparation for dessert service. Assist with deliveringdessert items.
Refill coffee until Members/guests refuse. Clear bar area and refill any beverages. Present check, give fond farewell and thank them for their business • Be on top of the bar and all members/guests. Continue preparing drinks. Remember to keep the bar clean, neat and organized at all times.
