Personal Goals Update
• Create a comprehensive technology plan to support processes within the Tennis Department to ensure consistent service to members and guests by October. o Currently, working with pro-shop buyer and IT department on the upgrades and needs for pro-shop oversight moving to club. Needs include inventory control, tracking and pro-shop admin assistant office up-date • Management process developed to measure key KPIs and benchmarking by November. o Are measuring KPIs and data. Have data from 2008 - 2023 • Promote stewardship on the courts and facilities by effectively using the members of the Tennis Committee and tennis community. • Utilize committee members to tour facilities to ensure they are meeting our standards and correct the areas that are not meeting our standards. Tennis court audits completed for September the tennis committee. • Send four emails to the tennis membership reminding them how to be good stewards of the tennis facilities by March 31, 2024. 2- emails posted on history of ATT tennis tournament and the importance of members cutting off tennis court lights when they are through playing in the evenings. • Work on increasing training of team members on the importance of good stewardship of our facilities and courts. Staff meeting include this agenda item • Ensure that AAC’s member tennis experience is consistent with other tier -1 clubs, including court conditions, programing, social events, and lesson program. o Consistent high marks in clubs Member Insight responses • Complete long term Vision project for the tennis facilities, working with the Tennis Committee & Management. Finish by October. o Working with both parties on overall club vision for facilities • Meet operational budget by March 31, 2024. o September operational budget favorable to approved budget.
