FOODRUNNER: As soon as the ticket comes in, check the ticket Ensuring the food order is clear and easy to understand. If there needs to be clarification, get the server to clear up any confusion Mark all seat numbers and any specific requests on the ticket. Check if the item is on hold or has been fired Keep an eye on ticket times. Start preparing any condiments, garnishes, and side dishes for the ticket/table. Garnish plates as Chefs put them up in a pick up window Check each dish to ensure it is correct per ticket » If correct, place all plates on the large tray when the entire order is ready »Know your seat and table numbers. Carry food trays/food to correct table number in a timely manner. Place correct dishes in front of correct Member/guest using your seat number. Ladies first! Remember: no auctioning! We deliver food on the left side of the guest with our left hand. Prior to leaving a table, ensure Members/guests have all condiments that are needed and double check if there are any other special requests, i.e.: “Is there anything else Imay assist you with?” To Go Orders – it is your responsibility to ensure the to go order matches what is on the ticket. »See Steps of Service for To Go Orders for the full list of steps »Remember to include any condiments that the Member/guest may want, if not requested. »All To Go Orders must have to go silverware. Keep your expeditor line clean, neat and organized at all times. Ensure that your items are fully stocked, so you don’t run out during service.
