BUFFETATTENDANT:

Check all buffet items and ensure they are fully stocked. Refill one item at a time to guarantee all items are at the buffet at all times. Be proactive and do not wait until items are empty. Refill once the food is half empty. Keep all plates, soup bowls and silverware stocked at all times. Wipe down counters and sneeze guards continuously

Replenish tongs and utensils Replace plates and containers Check temperatures on all hot and cold items ensuring that are in line with health and safety regulations. Assist Members/guests with any needs they may have If busy and unable to keep up with refilling and cleaning the buffet, ask for assistance from your Manager If not busy, assist co-workers and ask your Manager for additional duties. Keep the buffet area clean, neat and organized at all times.
