CHECK PRESENTERS

Clean and free of debris In perfect condition with not rips, tears offrayed edges Presented to Members/guests with a sharp pencil If check presenters have rips, tears and frayed edges, do not use and notify your Manager immediately. Digital check presenters should be fully charged and clean

PROPER PLACE-SETTING STANDARDS

All flatware should be placed a half of an inch from the edge of the table. All forks, except cocktail forks, are to be placed to the left side of the plate. A space of approximately 12 inches should separate the flatware on the left from the flatware on the right. The knife belongs on the right side of the setting with the sharp edge towards the plate. If soup is being served, the soup spoon is placed to the right of the knife.

Bread and butter plates are placed to the left of the fork at approximately the 10 o’clock position. Water glasses are placed one inch above the tip of the dinner knife on a coaster (if used). Salt and pepper should be placed next to the centerpiece and facing seat number #1. If the table is larger, there should be two sets of salt and pepper shakers.
