GLASSWARE
Clean and polished Free of watermarks, smudges, fingerprints, lipstick, and food debris Free of chips and cracks Handled by the bottom half of the glass, not at the top that goes into the Members/guests mouth. If glassware has water marks, grease and food debris, do not use. Glassware must go through the dish-pit again, until in proper condition. If glassware has chips or cracks, do not use and notify your Manager immediately.
SALT AND PEPPER SHAKERS
Clean and polished Always full prior to the beginning of each shift Free of chips and cracks If salt and pepper shakers have chips or cracks,do not use and notify your Manager immediately..
SUGAR CADDIES
Cleaned daily and debris removed Free of chips and cracks Filled to the proper standard before and after each shift If sugar caddies have chips or cracks, do not use and notify your Manager immediately
