Personal Goals Update

• Design and implement an efficient human resources process for the Club by October. o Met Objective: Reviewed HR processes in first 90 days and implemented changes to recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, exit process, and gathering team member feedback.

• Develop a new recruiting, onboarding, and retention plan that supports all of the Club’s departments by December. o On Track: Completed updated recruiting & onboarding process, and new retention programming

• Partner with the CFO and GM/COO on evaluating and implementing a J-1 Visa program to bring quality and experienced candidates to the Club by December. o On Track: Identified Alliance Abroad Group for partnership. Interviews and placements ongoing for 2 culinary and 2 Food & Beverage J-1 trainees to arrive late-November. • Work with the CFO and GM/COO to develop a club-wide management system evaluation process by January. o Ongoing review of current Jonas system within the design of the Service Excellence program. o Ongoing Jonas training and evaluation of other 3 rd party systems viability.

• Review and update the Club’s Team Member Handbook bringing best practices from outside the club industry by February. o On Track: Ongoing review of policies and working draft handbook document.

• Overall plan and implementation of new technology to improve human resources functions by March. o On Track: Paycor implementation began 10/9 with go-live date estimated for first payroll in January 2024.
