Personal Goals Update
• Work with other SLT members to meet operational budget by March 31, 2024. o On Track: Revamped requisition process for tracking staffing budgets and replacement positions. o Ongoing review of department organizational structures and conducting job analyses where necessary.
• Partner with GM/COO to improve security procedures at the Club by December. o On Track: Identified software system options, both of which integrate with Microsoft 365. o M365 roll out completed in December. Training classes for management are ongoing for use of M365 applications and teams. o Further progress to take place with increased adoption and experience utilizing Teams for internal communications.
