Service Standards

Member Experience Standards A member has the option to arrive via several methods, which depends if they store their clubs in our club storage or if they keep them in their car. Member Arrives at Bag Drop (does not store clubs in bag storage)  The golf operations team member will provide a warm welcome, take the golf bags from the vehicle and inform the member that his/her clubs will be set on a golf cart.  Example “Good afternoon Mr. Smi th, I will set your club on a golf cart. Have a wonderful time at the club.”  Note: the bag drop is continually restocked with staged golf carts throughout the day, and is open from 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Each cart is clean, with a pencil, eight tees, two carefully rolled and placed towels, and an etiquette reminder card. Golf carts are also available, formed in a line, at the cart barn exit adjacent to the golf services desk. Member Arrives at the Club (stores clubs in bag storage)  The member may ente r through the main entrance, gentleman’s locker room, or bag drop entrance.  For those whose clubs are stored, their clubs will be staged on a golf cart on “the bricks” which is an area located in front of the cart barn adjacent to the halfway house.  The clubs are staged on a fully detailed, clean golf cart.  Golf Services team members cross reference the next day’s tee sheet with the club storage list each night. They pull and prepare the clubs for the next morning. Member Arrives at the Driving Range North Range:  The north range houses 20 crates containing range balls set up on mats. The stations are staged on turf during the summer months.  The crates are continually refilled throughout the day and tees replenished in the bag stands.  The hitting stations are carefully and consistently presented with bag stands need to be set directly behind the ball crate.  Each bag stand has all of the tee spaces filled with tees.  Mats are cleaned throughout the day, and free of leaves and debris. South Range:  The south range is always on turf with 20 stations setup daily.  Stations are setup behind the prior day ’s divots as to have fresh turf to hit from.  Baskets of practice balls are filled (snow coned) and are carefully placed just to the left of the bag stand.  Baskets are continually filled throughout the day. Stations are also reset to ideal positions so the member or guest is always greeted with a properly positioned bag stand and basket. Short Game Practice Areas:  Bag stands on all short game practice areas should be propped, with ball cylinders resting against them  Ball cylinders are continually checked for debris and to ensure clean golf balls are presented
