Member Arrives at the S tarter’s Hut  The members will be greeted by the Golf Professional Starter, who will provide assistance (i.e. selecting and placing clubs on the trolley). They will then inform the member with any golf cart restrictions.  The Golf Professional Starter will provide the players with a scorecard and hole location sheet.  The Golf Professional Starter will ask the players if there is anything else he can get them prior to their round, such as tees, divot repair tool, or additional towels on wet days.  The Golf Professional Starter will ensure each trolley is stocked with a freshly rolled towel, a pencil, and a full sand bottle. There will always be a plentiful selection of trolleys along with sand bottles, towels, and complimentary items.  The Golf Professional Starter will remind the players to tee off at “x:xx” time  The Golf Professional Starter will instruct the players to remember to fill their divots with sand and will provide a trolley (free of charge) to an all walking group (one member is required to take a trolley with sand bottles for the entire group). Member on the Golf Course  The member will encounter the Ranger on a few occasions throughout the round. The interaction could be as simple as a wave and smile.  The Ranger may also need to inform the member that his/her group is out of position and needs to work to improve their pace of play. If they are asked twice and still not back on pace, then the ranger may ask the group to skip a hole.  The Ranger is also a player assistant and if available to assist with lost items such as golf clubs or range finders.  The Ranger’s cart is stocked with essentials, as well as, a first aid kit and AED machines. Member has Completed His/Her Round  The member has the option to bring their golf cart up to the golf parking lot to put their club in their vehicle.  When the cart is returned to the cart barn, they are greeted by a team member.  Clubs will be cleaned thoroughly prior to being placed back into storage or bag drop.
