Service Standards
Unaccompanied Guest Standards An Unaccompanied guest is any guest round in which there is no member present. This could be a member-sponsored guest group, or a group from a top-tier club. The following outlines how we are to interact with an unaccompanied guest at each location with the Club.
Security Gate

Example “Good afternoon Mr. Smith, we have been expect ing your arrival. Please proceed through the gate and proceed to the bag drop located on the left side of the main clubhouse. Have a wonderful time at the club.” The security professional radios the golf department “Mr. Smith, Unaccompanied Guest, 3:20 p.m. tee- time has arrived.” Bag Drop Golf Professional will provide a warm welcome, take the golf bags from the vehicle and direct to parking area Example “Good afternoon Mr. Smith, we lcome to the Athletic Club. I will take your golf bag and place it on a cart. You may park your car in this lot.
