Summary: The Steward is responsible for managing the employee dining operations and cleaning areas of the kitchen. Primary Responsibilities: • Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club • Wash dishes, pots, pans etc. • Maintaining a clean and efficient work space in the dishwashing area • Cleaning all floors in the back of the house, including but not limited to: all kitchen areas, hall, back dock, trash area and all equipment • Maintain cleanliness of the employee dining area • Stocking and restocking the food line in employee dining

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Ability to stand on your feet for several hours • Lift up to 50 pounds • Be able to work holidays • Must be organized
