Tournament Committee and shall maintain the Bulletin Board for the 18-Hole members in the Ladies’ Locker Room. • COMMUNICATION CHAIRMAN: The Communications Chairman shall be responsible for handling any communication designated by the Executive Board and the Play Day Chairman. She shall serve from February through March of the following year. Her term may be two years, which would benefit the Association in terms of continuity. • HOUSE CHAIRMAN: The House Chairman shall be responsible for the Opening Brunch, Opening Play Day, Closing Brunch, Closing Play Day and Christmas Party. • SUNDAY EVENTS CHAIRMAN: She shall be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects for each Sunday Couple event. • MENTOR CHAIRMAN: The Mentor Chairman will be responsible for contacting New Members, and possibly existing member(s), to pair them with an experienced AACWGA 18 Holemember, who will help mentor them as they navigate the golfing year. • PROSHOP LIAISION: Act as Golf Liaison for the AACWGA 18 Hole organization and assist will their assigned responsibilities throughout the golfing season Responsibilities include: Communication to AACWGA 18 Hole Board, Seasonal Planning, Play Days, Events, Tournaments, Communications to All Members, Pro Shop Gift Certificates, Posting of Scores, End Of The Year Calculations and Management of the current Pro Shop approved Golf Statistic/ Communication Application.
