ARTICLE II – TOURNAMENTS Section 1. There shall be at least two (2) Tournaments each year. One to be played at stroke play and one to be played at match play, as designated by USGA, with the format subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Section 2. All competition shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as adopted by the USGA, with such special local rules as are in force. Section 3. All disputes which may arise during a Tournament shall be settled by the Rules Committee. Section 4. Winners of special trophies shall have their names engraved on said trophies. Expenditures for engraving on special trophies will be assumed by the Association. ARTICLE III – ORDER OF BUSINESS The following order of Business shall be observed at all meetings of the Association: Call to Order; President’s Welcome; Secretary’s Report; Treasurer’s Report; Reports of Standing Committees; Unfinished Business; New Business; Election of Officers (Closing Brunch); Adjournment. ARTICLE IV – PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY Robert’s Rules of Order Revised shall constitute the parliamentary authority for the Association.
