FLOORS

Clean and free of debris and crumbs. Dry and not sticky.

If floors are sticky or have crumbs, floor must be mopped/swept immediately. Be aware of the possibility of trash under the table behind hidden by the table linen.

TABLES

Clean and free of debris Set on the floor neatly and geometrically Equally level so tables are not wobbly If tables are not level, notify your Manager immediately.

BOOTHS AND CHAIRS

Checked for crumbs and debris and wiped with a towel when Members/guests are finished dining. Aligned and pushed in the appropriate amount before every shift. Readjusted and aligned after Members/guests are finished dining. If chairs are not level, notify your Manager immediately. Do not push/wipe crumbs or debris on the floor!
