Clean and crisp If napkins are in the above conditions, do not use and notify your Manager; they should be replaced immediately.

FLATWARE/SILVERWARE

Clean and polished Free off watermarks, grease and food debris Free of improper bends Matching the flatware set of each outlet Handled by the handles, not at the top that goesinto the Members/guests mouth If flatware has water marks, grease and fooddebris, do not use. Flatware must go through thedish-pit again, until in proper condition.

SUGAR PACKETS

Sugar Packets must not have been previously wet and free of stains. Sugar Packets that have been wet and dry are not usable as the sugar become hard and sticks together. If you notice previously wet sugar packets or packets with stains, these must be thrown away.
