69. Aquatic Staff have the right to swim test any participant that may be of questionable skill level before using the water slide.

70 . No one under 42 inches is permitted to use the water slides.

71. Members who are between 42 and 48 inches must pass a swim test with aquatics management prior to using the water slides. Upon successful completion of a swim test, parents must sign a waiver and approved swimmers must pick up a wristband at the front desk during check-in. Any swimmer under 48 inches not wearing a wristband will not be permitted to ride the slides.

72. Aquatics staff may re-test swimmers at any time and may revoke slide privileges of any swimmer for rules violations.

Rules - Tennis

TENNIS

1. All members and their eligible dependents may use the tennis courts during such hours as determined by the Board of Directors and such hours shall be duly posted.

2. All eligible persons are allowed to bring guests and will be billed the appropriate guest fees. There must be at least one eligible person playing on each court at all times.

3. It is mandatory that members check in and guests register in the Pro Shop before going on the courts. Guest fees are determined by the Board of Directors.

4. Reservations may be made at the Tennis Pro Shop as follows:

a. Normal court bookings are limited to 48 hours in advance. Indoor court time cost is available through an annual Court plan (with advertised adjustments to reservations) or by daily reservation. Details on both may be obtained in the Pro Shop.

b. ALTA and USTA team matches, special events, team lessons, and other lessons are pre booked by the tennis department at the beginning of the season.

c. Special Events: Unless otherwise specified, all special events have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in event fee charge to member number.

d. Schedules for T2 league and K Swiss matches must be provided, if you cannot provide a copy of your schedule to the Tennis staff when the season starts, you may still reserve a court but you are subject to normal court booking guidelines of no more than 48 hours in advance with a normal guest fee. e. Team practices are limited to 72 hours and two courts. Team captains may make arrangements with the tennis staff to seasonally pre-book outdoor courts (two maximum) for team practices.

f. Team lessons: Team captains may make arrangements with tennis staff to seasonally pre book indoor courts for team lessons. These lessons may be pre-booked several weeks before
