Southern Senior Indoors, making it through to the finals after a tough semi-final match that he won in a 10-point match tiebreaker. Hill won the finals in championship style and took home the trophy. In July, he won the Georgia State Senior Open, with wins over 2 nationally ranked players in the semis and finals of the event. He dominated both matches, only losing 5 games in the semis and 4 games in the finals. Hill is ranked in the top 5 nationally in his age group. Congrats to AAC member Hill Griffin for another successful year on the USTA circuit!

This past August we again hosted our popular LTA Member Guest and this year we supported Creative Enterprises of Forsyth as our charity. We exceeded past years in many areas. Our online reservations sold out in 5 minutes, 155 players registered, and we raised $6,000 for our charity due to

the help from each of our Ladies league teams. A special thank you goes to our members and staff event committee members, Lori Morlan, Lisa Mannion, Julie Wright, Shannon Collins, Katherine Malone and of course Ileana Jennings and Klaudia Cancino. What an awesome job they did helping make this event such a success.

ALAN BARNES & CHRIS HUBBELL WIN MEN’S CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP Alan Barnes and Chris Hubbell again defended their club championship titles this past spring. They are a dominate doubles team in the 6.5 division. Congratulations for another successful Club Doubles Championship.
