3. If you have any recommended P&P updates , please document and present to the Board during the first Board meeting of the new year. 4. Between the Closing Brunch and the first Board meeting of the new year (which is usually held in early December) , meet with your successor, and turn over all records to her (including a copy of your year-end report). Ask her to review the records prior to the Board meeting so any questions she may have can be addressed at that meeting. TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES A. Entry Fees will be billed to the member’s AAC account, and the fees will be used for AAC Pro Shop credits awarded to the winners. B. An additional charge for dinner will be billed to the member’s AAC account. Any player(s) who do not wish to attend the dinner must contact the Catering Office 72 hours before the Sunday event day. C. A Bottle of wine is awarded to the “Closets-To-The-Pin” winners. D. AACWGA members may enter Ringers for Sunday Couple Events, as long as their own ball was used to complete every shot on the hole; however, players do not get any credit toward the Player of the Year award. E. The AAC Rule of 75 will be used for Sunday Events. Course handicaps will first be determined from the announced tees. Any man whose age and course handicap from the announced tees = 75 or higher can opt to play forward. Those players wishing to play forward must notify the Pro Shop before the event . New course handicaps will be determined by the Pro Shop prior to play using USGA Handicap Rule 3-5. Players who opt to play forward from the announced tees will not be eligible for gross prizes.
