ATLANTA ATHLETIC CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS – AMENDED SEPTEMBER 2023

A. Tee times may be requested by submitting a tee time request on- line through the Club’s website. Requests may be submitted from 13 days in advance up to 3:00 p.m. seven days in advance.

B. The deadline for submitting tee time request cards is 3:00 p.m. one week prior to the day you are requesting.

C. Once times are assigned, members may go online or contact the starter to confirm their assigned times. E-mail confirmations will be sent to those who wish to receive them six days in advance.

D. Any times remaining after the deadline may be secured on-line or by contacting the starter.

18. Tee Time Cancellation Policy – When a reserved tee time goes unused and is not cancelled in time to allow another member to use the time, a letter will be sent by the Golf Committee to the member who originally reserved the time. The person who made the tee time may be billed $25 per player listed if there is a second occurrence.

19. All players are expected to be on the tee and ready to play at their designated tee time. Failure to do so could result in loss of tee time.

20. Players shall not stop for lunch at the turn. Any group doing so automatically relinquishes their place on the course and may lose the privilege to continue playing.

ADULT DEPENDENTS 18 YEARS & OLDER

21. Beginning three days before play, a tee time may be made after 11:00 a.m. by an Adult Dependent, except Saturdays prior to 12:00 p.m. Such play may be with a member, spouse, adult dependent, or guests over 18 years old. The Adult Dependent may make the tee time in person or by calling the Golf Shop. If a parent makes a tee time to play beginning three days before play with their Approved Junior or dependent, the tee time may be made online.

22. Adult Dependents may walk up to the 1 st tee at any time to play in an open tee time except Saturdays prior to 12:00 p.m.

JUNIOR GOLF 23 . Junior golfers are defined as dependents (of members) that are under the age of 18.

24. "Approved" junior status for those 17 and under is achieved by fulfilling all requirements set forth by the Golf Committee, along with the Junior Golf Leader. Approved juniors are expected to abide by the code of conduct established by the junior golf leadership; failure to do so may result in a suspension or revocation of approved junior status. 25. Beginning three days before play, a tee time may be made after 11:00 a.m. that includes an Approved Junior(s), except Saturdays prior to 12:00 p.m. Such play may be any combination of a member, spouse, adult dependent, or Approved Junior. The Approved Junior may make the tee time in person or by calling the Golf Shop.
