October 22, 2022: MIXED DOUBLES AND POT-LUCK DINNER 4-7 p.m. $35 per person Mixed doubles tennis followed by a pot-luck dinner hosted at a member’s home. Space is limited but the casserole contest not! CARDIO TENNIS PROGRAM

AAC’s CardioTennis program continues to grow, and more and more players are finding their “third way to play.” CardioTennis is a fun, competitive, high- intensity workout, and it is designed to keep your heart-rate up for a full 60 (or 90) minutes! Weekly classes are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and always keep an eye out for emails about special CardioTennis events! MIXED DOUBLES LESSONS Get a group of 2 or 4 mixed-gender players together and come learn the skills and strategies that you need to be more competitive with your Mixed Doubles team! Our Friday ladies’ classes are the perfect choice. 6-week sessions keep groups moving forward together and feed directly in to our team programs!

First Tuesday of every month during Spring and Summer months from 7 to 9 p.m. Cost $15 SATURDAY AFTERNOON TENNIS MIXERS! Our new themed Tennis Mixers are off and running!
