We did it! We are halfway through the season playing on Highlands! Our first Sunday Couples Event, Best Ball of Opposite Partners, was held on March 27th. A big thank you to Glenda Strong for organizing these couples events and informal dinners this year.

One of our favorite events, Team Play, was held on May 10th and 11th. This year’s theme was ”SINK-A de PUTT-A’’. This is a match play competition with two teams Red Hot Chili Peppers vs Jalapeno Poppers! Festivities began with the Reveal Party on May 9th at the home of Assistant Tournament Chair Yutta McCants. After our first round, we enjoyed the Salsa Bar and had a putting contest which was won by Anne Penrose. On the second day, the winning team, Red Hot Chili Peppers, was announced. Beautiful and fabulous prizes and awards were handed out. A big thank you to Yutta and her hardworking team for coordinating a competitive and as always a fun event!
