Club Times: November/December 2023

Bulk Packages Bulk packages for DROP IN can be purchased each calendar month. (Ex: If purchased on May 9 you still only have until May 31 to use it.) You can make advance arrangements for future months, but charges will be made in the month the bundles are meant for. Unused amounts DO NOT roll over to the next month. Package hours can be used for any child ages 2-12 on your membership. Guests do not qualify. Any time over the 4 hours a day/ 10 hours a week limit will be charged at regular rates and will not be deducted from your bulk packages. 20 HOURS- $220 /$11 AN HOUR 30 HOURS- $285 /$9.50 AN HOUR 40 HOURS- $320 /$8 AN HOUR Weekly Events We need at least 6 children signed up to have these events. We may cancel 28 hours in advance if there are not enough children registered. For some events, there is a 20% sibling discount for multiple children signed up for the same event. This does not include guests. The prices listed here are Early Bird Prices that end one day before the event happens. Any registrations after this will have higher prices. Separate event registration required for each age group. Friday Nights - TGIF | 5-10pm | $30 Ages 2-5 | Ages 6-12 These nights are themed and will have age appropriate activities for each group. More children=More fun! Pizza dinner included. Special Holiday TGIF Nights!! Prices are different for these events and are posted on the registration link. December 1- Elf Party: Come watch Elf, have some candy, and Christmas Cookies to kick off the Christmas Season! There will be tons of games and fun! Clos ings December 3 - Drop In: 3-8 pm only December 10 - Drop In: 3-8 pm only youth activities

December 8- Grinch Party: We won’t let the Grinch steal our Christmas Spirit! Come have a Grinchy good time with some Christmas games and crafts! December 15- Polar Express Party: Wear your Christmas PJ’s and come watch Polar Express, make a special gift for your grownup and have some hot cocoa and cookies! Saturdays - Kids Night Out Ages 2-5 | 5-10 pm | $35 Same as dates listed below for older kids. Dinner ordered separately from Troon, unless otherwise noted on registration website. These Saturday Kids Night Out events will keep your little ones engaged, entertained and even learning. Shhhh… don’t tell them that part. We will have gross and fine motor activities, STEAM activities, and much more! Ages 6-12 | 5-10 pm | $35 Events vary each week- Look for these titles on the website for registration. November 4th- Fall Fest- Come enjoy some traditional and non-traditional fall festival fun! November 18- Friendsgiving- Invite a friend and come out for an awesome night of friends, fall, and fun! December 2- Elf Training- Come experience the training that Santa’s Elves go through before they are put to work in the workshop! December 16 - Reindeer Olympics: Come participate in awesome Reindeer Olympics! This is how Santa’s reindeer stay in shape! Day Camps Registration is required for all of these day camps. 10% sibling discounts for camps 9 am-3 pm | $75 per day | Ages 2-12 Price includes lunch and snack. November 20-24 (Closed on 23rd) Thanksgiving Camp Come enjoy some fall fun with us!

December 18-22 Countdown to Christmas Camp Christmas Crafts, games and more! December 26-29 Winter Break Camp Come play some fun winter games with us as we kick back and enjoy winter break! January 2-3 New Year Camp Ring in the New Year with us! January 15-16 Frosty Fest Camp There will definitely be a snow ball fight!

Spec ial Events Minute to Win it Sunday, November 5

4:30-8:30 pm |$30 per child | Ages 2-12 While the adults go to the Oyster Fest we will have a great time challenging ourselves with Minute to Win it Games! Pizza Dinner Included.

Etiquette Class Wednesday, November 15 Ages 4-7 | 5:00-6:30 pm | Cost $50 Thursday, November 16 Ages 8-12 | 5:00-6:30 pm | Cost $50 This social and dining etiquette dinner is the perfect opportunity to impart good manners before the holiday season. Topics such as social introductions; the dos and don'ts of dining; table settings; confidence; and much more are introduced in a fun, interactive way. This program includes a four-course meal. Sibling discounts DO NOT Apply. Advanced registration is required. Limited spots available.
