Candidate Membership Materials

You further acknowledge and agree that (i) neither the submission of this Initiation Fee Lock-In Deposit Form, nor the payment of the Lock-In Deposit, shall constitute an invitation to join, or acceptance of your candidacy for, membership into the Club and (ii) the Club requires that all prospective members, including those who have paid the Lock-In Deposit, remain subject to, and the completion of, the Club’s full membership application process. Prospective members, including those who have paid a Lock-In Deposit, shall have no rights of membership in, or access to, the Club unless and until the membership application process is completed, including the granting of approval for membership by the Board of Directors. You further acknowledge and agree that the Lock-In Deposit is not refundable for any reason whatsoever, including the rejection of your candidacy for membership in the Club. However, in the event that either the Membership Committee of the AAC and/or its Board of Directors ultimately does not approve your candidacy for membership, the Board of Directors may, in its sole discretion, refund to you all or a portion of the Lock-In Deposit. Please complete the information below and execute this Lock-In Deposit Form to acknowledge your understanding of, and agreement to, the above Admissions Process and the External Waiting List including the Lock-In Deposit and your intention to pay the Lock-In Deposit substantially concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Lock-In Deposit Form.
