New Business: - Laurie Ann Garrett We need volunteers for the House – Stewardship Committee for the Clubhouse Facilities. This sub-committee will look at areas for improvement to keep up with the “Freshness Factor.” This committee will operate with a “leav e it better than you found it” philosophy. Member Events – Guests and fees The cost of the events was brought up: Oakley and Audra will look at child pricing for larger events geared towards adults such as Mother’s Day and Easter. The idea would be to bring up the ages of children pricing (12-4) and lower those costs. Events like Mother Daughter Tea and Christmas Spectacular would stay the same for pricing. A guest price was also considered. Other clubs in the area charge an addition $10 for guests. The concept is the price of the guests would offset the member pricing. The committee with discuss this further at our next meeting.
Committee Meeting Time – The new start time for the House Committee meetings will be at 6:00 p.m. New calendar invites will be sent out to members.
Adjournment: Laurie Ann Garrett adjourned the meeting at 6:21 p.m. Respectfully Submitted, Oakley Sutherland Member Event and Services Manager
