Atlanta Athletic Club 18 Hole Women’s Golf Association RULES (**denotes Important Information) 1. All competition shall be played in accordance with USGA Rules of Golf and local rules of AACWGA. 2. All members must be 18 years of age and a paid member of the Association with an established 18-hole course handicap of 40 or less. 3. **Members will be required to play with a maximum handicap of 36, regardless of the players actual handicap being higher. 4. **Each golfer is responsible for posting her score in the USGA GHIN app for all rounds of golf played, unless it is an official AACWGA 18 Hole Event, whereby the scores will be entered into the USGA GHIN app by the Pro Shop Liaison, except for GOTW and President’s Cup, these scores must be entered into the USGA GHIN app. by the player as soon as the round in completed. 5. Members are responsible for checking in with the starter on the first hole before teeing off. Failure to sign in may result in not being eligible for the competition. 6. If a player has signed up for a Play Day, Event or Tournament and needs to cancel, it is necessary to call the Pro Shop before the first tee time. 7. All ladies must wear proper golfing attire when participating in WGA golf events in accordance with the AAC dress code as stated in the AAC Bylaws, Rules and Regulation Handbook.
