G. REPORTS Provide a Treasurer’s report for every Board meeting. Provide a summary report at the Opening and Closing Meetings. H. YEAR END BUDGET/ACTUAL REPORT When all deposits are made and all bills are paid for the fiscal year, submit a year-end actual to budget report to the President. I. If you have any recommended P&P updates, please document and present to the Board during the first Board meeting of the new year.
