Tennis 101 Provides the introduction to the sport of tennis. Learn proper grip, stance, ground stroke, technique, volleys, overheads, and serves. Tennis 201 Works on live ball, interaction, doubles strategy, and tactics. These will help prepare those who aspire to join a team at AAC. Would you like to take a lesson on Sunday? Wendy Fox is available on Sundays for private, semi-private or group lessons for adults and juniors. To schedule please call us at 770-368-7740 or contact Coach Wendy at WMF@aac1.org. She joined our Professional Tennis staff in February of this year. Tennis tip byCoach Wendy Fox Early Racket Preparation. “Timing is everything.” Just like having an accurate toss on a serve is critical, so is swinging the racket back early on a forehand or on a backhand in order to hit the ball in a timely manner. By executing the shot early, we can achieve many factors. 1. More power. 2. More control. 3. More depth. 4. More consistency, leaving less margin for errors.
