The Marathon winners for the 2023/2024 year were also announced at our luncheon. Marathon is an inter-club tournament played monthly August April with a set partner. Book Club will not meet during the summer months (June, July, August) so that will give you time to read our September 19 selection. The September Read The Women by Kristin Hannah We have read

selections from this author before and this one takes us back to the 60’s and the Vietnam War, but with an unusual perspective from a woman who was a nurse in Vietnam during these very troubled times.
