With a Master of Science in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Northern Illinois University, under the mentorship of Drs. Jennifer Jacobs and Zachary Wahl-Alexander, Tim has honed his skills to empower over 500 high-performers, ranging from youth athletes to CEOs and elite competitors on the international stage. Tim's journey began with a recognition of the critical role mental skills play in achieving success while a college lacrosse player, propelling him to create Paragon Mental Performance with the vision of bridging the gap between potential and performance. His global impact as a mental performance consultant is evident, having touched the lives of athletes and teams in eight countries, including NFL quarterbacks, college lacrosse All Americans, professional basketball players, and Olympic contenders. Beyond his work with athletes, Tim's role as a research graduate assistant on NIU’s Project FLEX highlighted his ability to use sport as a transformative tool within a maximum-security juvenile prison, showcasing his commitment to using his expertise for profound social impact.
