LAMB CHOP Must be delivered with mint jelly, unless otherwise requested. LOBSTER Always ask the Member/guest if they would like the lobster cracked or de-shelled. Prior to the delivery of the food item, the table must be marked with a empty bowl for shells, a hand wipe, a shell cracker. Always offer to put the bibb on the Member/guest. SHELLED FOOD Any time a Member/guest orders a dish that comes with shells, prior to the delivery of food, you must deliver an empty bowl for shells. STONE CRAB CLAWS When the food item gets delivered, a lemon, a cracker, Key Lime Sauce and an empty bowl for shells must be delivered at the same time. LONG PASTA When a Member/guest orders a good items that includes long pasta (e.g. spaghetti, angel hair, etc), you must delivered a large spoon (or soup spoon in some restaurants) prior to the delivery of the food item. FRENCH FRIES, PUB FRIES & TATER TOTS Ketchup should always be delivered with an order of French Fries (if not already pre-set on the table) • If this is a to go/takeaway item you must include ketchup as well. BAKED POTATO When a Member/guest orders a regular baked potato, sour cream and butter must also be delivered. DESSERT ITEMS When Members/guests order dessert, a dessert fork and teaspoon must be delivered with or prior to the delivery of any dessert items. For Ice Cream, always deliver a teaspoon with or prior to the delivery of the ice cream.
