SEATNUMBERS
Seat numbers are based on the number of chairs at a table, not the number of Members sitting. For instance, if you have 2 Members sitting at a 4 top (table for 4 people), the seat number is assigned to the seat they are sitting in.
There are two (2) great ways to figure out seat 1:
1.Seat number 1is always at 7 o’clock (except for Banquets) and guest in a clockwise direction. 2.The seat directly in front of the salt & pepper
Seat numbers are key - they help all team members. We use seat numbers to communicate with each other when delivering food and beverage items. It is a requirement that you know the seat numbers at each outlet. It is your responsibility to correctly enter seat numbers into the POS to ensure proper delivery of all food & beverage.
