Offer dessert, coffee, after dinner drinks and deliver properly if ordered.

Deliver food (on the left side withyour left hand) and check on member after 2 bites/2 minutes for each course.

Take all beverage orders and deliver within three minutes.

Clean and clear table after each course. Ensure bussing and marking is completed. Repeat step 5 as needed or once everyone has finished.

Feature daily specials and answer all menu questions. Take food order and repeat the order after each person to ensure accuracy.

Deliver check with proper verbiage and provide a warm thank you and a sincere farewell.

Meet and greet members. Use last name if and when possible.
