EXPECTATIONSOFSCHEDULE • The following weeks schedule will post by Friday. • Updates may sometimes be necessary after the schedule has been sent due to business • Request Time Off (RTO) on Hotschedules must be completed by Wednesday two weeks’ prior. • Should you need time off it is your responsibility to turn in an RTO to the scheduling manager on the Wednesday two weeks’ prior. • Not all requests will be granted as time off is given based on scheduling needs. • Part-time staff will be scheduled around Full-time staff. • It is your responsibility to make sure that your availability information is up to date. • Holiday Requests typically are not granted due to the nature of this business DISCIPLINARYACTIONSMAYRESULT: • If you decide to skip a shift because a request was not granted, this will result in disciplinary action if not addressed beforehand with your supervisor. • If you make and arrangement for your shift to be covered, your manager must approve. • It is never acceptable to call your manager and simply decide you cannot work the day or shift you are
scheduled for. If this is done, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken. • No call/ No shows are never allowed and disciplinary action will be taken.
