Pre-shift/pre-meal meetings are an important part of your daily operations and your communication strategy. In each outlet, there is a pre-shift/pre-meal meeting prior to every shift. You are required to be present at the meeting, ready to listen, participate and ask questions. It’s strongly suggested you arrive at the pre-shift/pre-meal location 5 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
