Employees are expected to work with management and team Members in a professional manner. Every role in the Club is important. We ask that you perform every task to the best of your ability. The result will be better performance for the Club and personal satisfaction for you. You are encouraged to seek opportunities that will impact your personal development and be open to learning new things. We are dedicated to making the Club an organization where you can approach any Member of management to discuss any problem or question. We encourage you to share your issues, questions and concerns with your manager.
