Personal Goals Update

• Maintain fiscal responsibility within the approved budget while not sacrificing quality of the product our members see each day. An overall goal of staying within budget based on normalized weather patterns and economic conditions when the budget was planned and approved. When or if outside factors push costs or needs outside of the plan then clearly and quickly communicating what those effects and needs will be to stay at the highest level of conditioning possible to the GM/COO and Board. o On track to complete by March 31 • Work with Bud Taylor on setting up several divot filling functions with members and our approved Junior Golfers. o On track to complete by March 31
