Personal Goals Update

• Work with Tripp Davis and Bud Taylor to develop three options for the Highlands Course by March 31. • Extend the life of the course by 5 years • Partial renovation • Full renovation o Met full renovation portion of objective July 8 th , on track to complete Partial and 5 yr extended life portions by March 1 • Develop plans for the Par 3 and how to improve both courses with small enhancement projects. Complete by September 1. o Met objective Aug 28 th • Provide detailed reporting monthly on adherence to the GCM Standards to aide in a heightened level of maintenance and member satisfaction on the entire property with a large focus on details. Completed by June 15. o Met objective April 10 th • Provide plan to improve golf range conditions by adding drainage and irrigation if necessary by August 1. o Met objective Aug 15 th • Develop Plans for 9-Hole golf course for Heisman field with capital and maintenance estimated costs. o Met objective July 8 th • Foster a culture of stewardship in the Grounds Maintenance Team and Grounds Committee. • Work on increasing training of team members on the importance of good stewardship of our equipment and grounds. • Promote stewardship of our golf courses and practice areas at each meeting with the Committee members and request that they also do the same with their fellow members. o Met objective Oct 1 st but this is a continuing objective and focus
