Personal Goals Update

• Create comprehensive technology plan to support processes within the Golf Department to ensure consistent service to members and guests by October. o On track to complete by March 31, 2024 • Management process developed to measure key KPIs and benchmarking by November. o Met objective • Promote stewardship on the course by enforcing pace of play standards, repairing ball marks, raking bunkers, filling divots, and picking up tees. Create a process on when Traditions Committee and Executive Committee should get involved. • Send five Golf Ops Update emails that includes stewardship initiatives by March 31, 2024. • Ensure Approved Juniors participate in two Divot Filling Parties by March 31, 2024. o On track to complete by March 31, 2024 • Ensure the golf experience is consistent with other tier 1 clubs by developing a services framework. This should include golf shop, bag drop, course conditions, on course beverage service, HWH, and Locker Rooms. o On track to complete by March 31, 2024 • Review and revise Key Performance Indicators by June Golf Committee Meeting. Adjust as need to meet objectives and opportunity to further inform and educate Golf Committee.
