Personal Goals Update

• Achieve a goal of 35 new qualified members within the fiscal year. Target Date: 3/31/24. o Status-On track to complete by 3/31/24 • Work with Ansley, GM/COO, and Karen Moraghan to develop an internal and external communications plan for the Club. The plan should support club goals such as stewardship, social media, and branding. Create a document that provides this information. Target Date ongoing, 3/31/24. o Status-track to complete by 3/31/24 • Identify and complete an analysis on a member experience system (CRM) similar to what the Ritz Carlton has utilized. Work with Portman, Forbes, and Simmons on this project. Target Date 8/31/23. o Status-track to complete by 11/31/23 after meeting with Ritz Lake Oconee • Continue to engage those on the External Waitlist by inviting selected candidates to new member mixers, social events, and Par 3 tournaments. Target Date 11/30/23. o Status-Met objective o Communication-Work with Ansley to improve the Club Connection content, make it concise, engaging, and relevant. • Status-Met objective • Communication-Redesign and Rebrand the Membership Process; digital/online forms and information. Target Date 9/30/23. • Status-Met objective for redesign/rebrand- finalizing edits and implementing usage of all documents in coming weeks • Traditions Committee – Continue to participate in the Committee, help to finalize the Playbook including the letter templates and procedures.
