Member Reference Guide

The Club gate entry system utilizes an automated technology to enter the property. Please obtain your tags at the Security Gate or Clubhouse Concierge, you must provide the license plate number for all vehicles. This technology will record each time a member enters and leaves the property and adds another layer of security to Atlanta Athletic Club. GATE ENTRY SYSTEM

The Membership Director is also available to assist members and their spouses with any membership related matters including transfers, guest cards, and updates to member information.

MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS AND WEBSITE ACCESS

AAC offers a variety of ways to receive news and pertinent information about happenings at Club. The Club Times , our bimonthly publication, is a comprehensive overview of upcoming event, news, and more within each department. The AAC website is a constantly updated collection of in-depth and timely information at your fingertips. Club Connection is our weekly email update that showcases what is going on at the Club that week, featuring short video updates from various team members. AAC has joined the world of social media, and we encourage you to like and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more. Simply search for us on any of these outlets and use our #AtlantaAthleticClub to begin sharing your Club experience with family and friends. Our AAC App is your one-stop-shop for event registrations, dining and tee time reservations and guest notifications. To login to the website for the first time, please visit atlantathleticclub.org and click on Member Registration. Enter your Member Number as : 0 ####. Please include the 0 in front of your membership number, and, if you are a registering spouse, please include an A at the end of your member number along with your First and Last Name. The information entered must be exactly as it appears on your Member Statements. On the next webpage, you will be asked to validate your membership. Once validated, you will be able to create your own username and password. This will be the same login information for the AAC App. The Club’s Membership Roster and website contain confidential and proprietary member information and are intended for the private personal use of Club members and their eligible family members only. Any reproduction of the membership roster and other information, or other use hereof by any Club member or third party, for any reason, is strictly prohibited.
