Director of Food & Beverage
• Must be able to work in an indoor or outdoor food and beverage environment in a variety of weather conditions. • Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds regularly, to store food and drink supplies.
Education: • A degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience preferred. • Prior management experience in the private club or resort industry, with prior leadership roles in a la carte dining, beverage, and banquets. • Two or more years of experience working with or managing a service team in a high volume upscale atmosphere.
