Events may be cancelled if there isn’t enough participation. There is a 20% sibling discount for multiple children signed up for the same event. This does not include guests.

Weekly Events Personal Basketball Training Session ONE HOUR SESSIONS $70 HALF HOUR SESSIONS $45 Coach Tre will also offer private basketball lessons subject to available times. Small Group Training Also available up to 5 people at same price per person. To sign up for these please email sla@aac1.org to schedule. Thursday Nights SEPTEMBER 14 & 28, OCTOBER 19 Timbers will be open from 7-10 pm on the above dates to allow for childcare during special club events. If you need your child taken care of before 7pm they can come early for drop in. More details about these will be on the website where you can register. THURSDAY BASKETBALL CLINICS (Age groupings subject to change with registration numbers) Fall Clinics Every Thursday $25 ($30 for guest) per week $10 late registration if registered within 24 hours of clinic starting Ages 6-7 4-5pm Ages 8-9 5-6pm Ages 10-12 6-7pm Friday Nights TGIF 6-10 PM | $25 | AGES 2-12 These nights are themed and will have age appropriate activities for each group. More kids =More fun! Pizza dinner included. Saturdays Separate activities are planned for each age group, so that the fun is engaging and appropriate for everyone!

AGES 2-5 | 6-10 PM | $30 Kids Night Out (See Dates Below) These Saturday Kids Night Out events will keep your little ones engaged, entertained and even learning. Shhhh… don’t tell them that part. We will have gross and fine motor activities, STEAM activities, and much more! AGES 6-12 | 6-10 PM | $3-$40 September 2 | LEGO Night We have thousands of awesome LEGO bricks for your kids imaginations to run wild with! We will even pull out the GIANT LEGO BRICKS! September 16 | Arts & Crafts Night Bring your budding artists for a fun night of arts and crafts. The possibilities are endless. October 14- GLOW Party Black Lights, Neon, and glow sticks galore! Your kids won’t want to miss this epic night of GLOW fun! There may even be strobe light dodgeball! October 28 | Drive In/ PJ Party Where your PJ’s and come to Timbers very own kids only Drive in Movie! Kids will even get to take home their awesome cardboard cars! Family Events Halloween Hoopla October 27 6-10PM | $35 PER PERSON AGES 2-99 | UNDER 2 ARE FREE TRICK or TREAT!!! You asked and we listened! Come out for a night of family Halloween fun! Parents must stay with their children! We will have a buffet dinner in the gym followed by trick or treating and games! Each family will get a pumpkin to carve in the Pumpkin Carving Contest! Get your best costumes ready for a night of fun! There will be prizes for best family costume, and best individual costume by age groups! Get creative and get ready to have fun!

125th Cardboard Boat Regatta Reservations are Required

Monday, September 4th $30 per Boat Building Kit All Ages Welcome

Boat Building: Noon - 1:30 p.m. Boat Building Materials Provided Regatta Races Begin at 1:30 p.m. Races will be held in heats determined by the age of the Boat Captain. Reservations are required for the Cardboard Boat Regatta and will be limited to the first 50 registered. Event Guidelines: • Please be sure to include the TOTAL NUMBER OF FAMILY MEMBERS AND THEIR NAMES of those attending the boat regatta in your reservation. • Your RSVP for this event will count towards the Pool Reservation (10 am – 3:30 pm) for Labor Day. • Boat building rules: • Boats can only be built with materials provided by in the Boat building kit. • The captain must have their bottom and legs inside the boat during the race. No kickboards will be allowed. Think Boat, canoe, kayak. • Building will be from noon until 1:30. No building after 1:30. • Races will be from 1:30-2:30. Please make your reservations online for the Boat Regatta or by contacting the Stefanie Arrington. All confirmed reservations are subject to the Club’s 72-hour cancellation policy.
