MEN’S TENNIS FALL ALTA SEASON

JOIN PICKLEBALL CITY CHAMPIONSHIPS September 30, at 9 am The AAC is proud to announce the City Championships for the 2023 Join Pickleball League. Over 300 players will be on campus to compete for the city championship title, including many of our own members. Play will begin at 9 am and conclude at 7 pm. If you are not competing, stop by and cheer on our AAC members in the fastest growing sport in the US. We will be using all the indoor courts for the day’s matches. PTR “Professional Tennis Registry” Certification September 16 & 17 The Professional Tennis Registry will be holding a Level 1 Certification for up and coming tennis professionals. This is always a great way for our AAC professional team to see the new young pros who are getting into the profession. It also allows us to identify potential team members we might add to our team. Join us in welcoming these young professionals from across the state to the AAC.

Our Senior Men will kick things off on Wednesday, September 6. On the following Saturday, September 9, our Men’s teams will hit the courts for their first matches of the season. The Fall season concludes on October 21. Then it will be playoff time! Come on out to Men’s Night every Thursday night to hone your tennis skills each week in preparation for your matches. September 1 at 6:30 pm Join the AAC professional team as we celebrate the club’s 125 Anniversary with a new twist to a tennis exhibition and fund raiser for our junior tennis program. Our JAI ALAI TENNIS EXHIBITION pairs local tennis professionals and AAC members in a fun, competitive round robin format for spectators to enjoy high level tennis. Spectators are allowed to place wagers with the all new AAC Bucks on teams, as they compete for the first annual Jai Alai Tennis Championship. There will be five rounds of play allowing you to grow your winnings! Following the exhibition, spectators will have the opportunity to exchange their winnings for raffle tickets. The more winnings, the more raffle tickets for all our donated prizes. Remember, all is to benefit our junior tennis program! Entry Fee for spectators is $50.00 and each entry will receive $10,000 of AAC Bucks’. Member signature bar and food will also be available for this fun celebration and of course outstanding tennis. You must be 18 years old to register and wager on players. NORTHSIDE HOSPITAL TENNIS AGAINST BREAST CANCER October 6 & October 27 Our annual TABC “Tennis Against Breast Cancer” event will be held on 2 Fridays during the month of October. This event is our largest event every year and benefits
