Upcoming Events S I P AND S T R E T C H Thursday, September 22; 6:30-7:30pm Come to the Group Fitness Room to increase your mobility and flexibility in this relaxing stretch event using straps and foam rollers. You’ll move better, sleep better and feel better! At the conclusion of the event, complimentary wine will be served. YO GA F L OW W I T H S O N I C YO G I AND CA S S Thursday, October 13; 6:00-7:30pm A special event with an hour and a half gentle yoga flow and sound healing session with Sonic Yogi and Cass Lievsay Sound and music have the ability to reset our brainwaves and nervous system for deep and profound relaxation. This has been shown to help with anxiety relief and calming the entire nervous system. The Sound Bath includes Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, flute and acoustic guitar. No previous yoga experience required Refreshments will be served after the event $25 per person, minimum of 15 participants; All reservations are subject to the Club’s 72 hour cancellation policy
