FITNESS & AQUATICS Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 18 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM | COST: $45 With Hydrostatic Body Testing you will receive: • Your body fat and lean mass percentages. • Your long term health prognosis. • What your Body Fat Percentages should be for optimal health. • How much fat, if any, you need to lose to reach your goal. • An accurate reading on your metabolism. (Basal Metabolic Rate) • Personal Caloric intake and expenditure chart, so you can actually tell how many calories you burn during a normal day. Safety Protocols: • Please come prepared and already wearing a bathing suit, and please bring your own towel. • Please plan to wear a mask inside testing truck, up until testing time. • The truck and tank are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each test. • There is 15 minutes for each test allotted for sanitization after each individual. Pre-registration is required and spots are limited. Sequential order sign-ups are required starting with the 8:00 am time slot. Time slots begin at 8:00 am and are every 15 minutes until 11:00 am. Adult Basketball League Cost : $120

Come compete with your fellow AAC Hoopsters in our fall basketball league. We plan to have six teams this season, with 7-8 players on each roster. Each team will play six games plus a minimum of one playoff game. The draft will be conducted the week of September 20th, with weekly games beginning on September 28, finishing with the Championship on November 10th. Games will be played each week on Tuesdays at 5:45 and 6:45pm, and Wednesdays at 6pm. Please only register if you think can commit to playing the majority of the games. If you cannot commit to all games, please contact Neil at nad@aac1.org to be put on a sub list for games where we are short players. In your registration, please include your Age, Height, and highest level of basketball played. Registration must be completed before September 20th. Country Club Sporting Clays Challenge Come compete with your fellow AAC members in a spirited competition against other Clubs in the Atlanta Area. Last year was our first time participating in this event and our AAC competed to –to –toe with the best in the area! Our Top Gun was William Moonan (72), 2nd place Joe Dan Rogers (69), 3rd place went to Kevan Dorsey (68). The 2021 Country Club Sporting Clay Challenge will be held on Saturday, October 16st starting at 9:30am at the Burge Club. This is a member only event, sorry no guests. Family members such as sons, daughters who shoot can participate but must be 16 years of age. Cost :$150 Please register on the Club Calendar
