Team Training Sign up by emailing Stephany at SDP@aac1.org KIDS BOOTCAMP 8 years & older Tuesdays, 4-5 pm | 5-Week Session May 6 - June 3 | $75 Join Stephany for an engaging, structured program designed to teach children a variety of skills through fun and interactive activities. It often focuses on physical activities, teamwork, discipline, and personal development, encouraging kids to push themselves while building confidence. Bootcamps can include a mix of exercises, games, challenges, and educational tasks, all tailored to be age-appropriate. The goal is to promote growth, fitness, and learning in a positive, motivating environment. PINK POWER 12 years & older Tuesdays, 6:15-7:15 pm | 5-Week Session May 6 - June 3 | $75 A weightlifting class for girls that emphasizes the fundamentals of proper form and technique in strength training. The class is structured to teach participants the correct posture, body alignment, and movement patterns needed for various lifts, such as squats, deadlifts, and presses. It's perfect for beginners or those looking to refine their skills, with personalized instruction to ensure safety, prevent injury, and maximize the effectiveness of each exercise. The class also helps build confidence and strength in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Let us help you take your first step toward achieving your health and wellness goals in an environment that truly supports your success. You’ll be provided: • Orientation to the facility • Appropriate equipment recommendations • A personalized exercise plan • Recommendations for group exercise classes With state-of-the-art equipment, a diverse range of classes, and highly qualified trainers, we have the tools and the plan that can work best for you and your needs. First appointment: Education on the equipment and facilities at the fitness center and completion of a health history to assist in the design of your exercise plan. (30 minutes) Second appointment: Review your personalized exercise plan and if applicable, receive group exercise class suggestions.
