talented young golfers in a championship where we may even see one of our own junior golfers one day! Roles include marshals, walking scorers, and clubhouse hospitality, among others. Most positions don’t even require golf knowledge! Most importantly, we need friendly and welcoming people to show our guests the very best of AAC. 1. Registration: You can find the full list of volunteer opportunities in this issue of the Club Times. You will also find a QR Code to the Sign Up Genius to register. 2. Training: A comprehensive orientation and training session will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for your role. 3. Uniforms: Volunteers will purchase an official uniform to wear during the event. By volunteering or attending the U.S. Girls' Junior Championship, you will be part of a legacy that has nurtured some of golf's greatest talents, including Nancy Lopez, Rose Zhang, and Rianne Malixi. Dear Fellow Members, We are thrilled for AAC to be hosting the prestigious 76th U.S. Girls' Junior Championship from July 14 19, 2025. This event marks a significant milestone for our club, as it will become the first venue to have hosted the U.S. Girls' Junior, U.S. Junior Amateur, U.S. Amateur, U.S. Women's Amateur, U.S. Open, and U.S. Women's Open. The U.S. Girls' Junior Championship is one of the most esteemed junior golf tournaments in the world, attracting top female amateur golfers under the age of 19. This year, 156 talented young players will compete on our Riverside Course. The tournament will feature 36-holes of stroke play followed by match play, culminating in a thrilling 36-hole final on Saturday, July 19. ABOUT THE CHAMPIONSHIP
